Dealing with sexual harassment and racism in the workplace

What does this course achieve?

There is an increasing need to raise awareness amongst employers, employees and external service providers about the scourge of sexual harassment in the workplace. This one day workshop provides an opportunity to develop a clear understanding of what constitutes sexual harassment and what are appropriate behaviours between people in the workplace. You will also learn about the legal rights and responsibilities of employers and employees in this regard, and about the organisational policies and procedures that should be in place to manage harassment for all concerned. This course can be conducted over a few consecutive hours or over one day or in a modularized format, to meet clients' needs.
