Commercial Mediation in Africa

The general goal of mediation is enabling conflicting parties to reach agreements they find satisfactory and are willing to implement. As Africa seeks to deepen intra-Africa trade it becomes pertinent to find ways to resolve commercial disputes efficiently and cost effectively.
