This two-day course has been designed with the South African market in mind. It is suitable for a wide range of negotiators, particularly commercial negotiators. It will also appeal to commercial mediators who wish to expand their negotiation skills.
Based on our experience as commercial negotiators and mediators we have created a course with an exciting mix of the latest thinking on negotiation and with opportunities to practice the process and skills.
The course will take place in Johannesburg on the 11th and 12th February 2016. It will be conducted by John Brand and Felicity Steadman.
The cost of the course is R7 353. (R6 450. plus VAT). An early bird discount of 10% is available if the fee is paid in full by the 11th December 2015. The discounted price is R6 617.70 (R5 805. plus VAT).
This four-day course is offered by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and it takes place annually in London. Conflict Dynamics has conducted two very successful Certificate in Advanced Negotiation courses in South Africa, however from 2016 this courses will only be available in London.
