Presenting and/or Assessing Evidence Appropriately in the Context of a Disciplinary Enquiry and / or Arbitration Hearing

In your role as a chairperson of, or presenter in, a disciplinary enquiry be able to present and/or assess evidence appropriately. This course can be conducted over one or two consecutive days or in a modularized format, to meet clients' needs.


  1. Ensuring that appropriate choices are made concerning the evidence to be presented in a disciplinary enquiry;
  2. Assessing the evidence that is presented;
  3. Making appropriate decisions about the admissibility of evidence.

This course is accredited by the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) and is aligned to unit standard unit standard 115 326 Identify and Apply Principles of the Law of Evidence (6 credits, NQF level 5) and unit standard 119952 Establish Basic Principles of Evidence in Mediation (NQF occupational qualification level 5, 6 credits).
