This course is accredited by the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) and is aligned to unit standard 13952 Demonstrate a Basic Understanding of the Primary Labour Legislation that Impacts on a Business Unit (10 credits, NQF level 4) and unit standard 114274 Demonstrate and Apply an Understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (Act 75 of 1997) (NQF occupational qualification level 5, 8 credits).
