Facilitation Skills for the Accord and the Code of Good Practice on Collective Bargaining
This course is intended to build the capacity of facilitators of effective collective bargaining in terms of the New Accord and Code of Good Practice on Collective Bargaining. The course is conducted over one day and is ideal for independent labour mediators and others who would be acceptable to management and unions as facilitators. To attend this course you will need to have a deep appreciation of the New Accord and Code of Good Practice on Collective Bargaining and of labour negotiation. You are encouraged to either have attended the one and two-day Conflict Dynamics courses on the New Accord and Code of Good Practice, or show prior learning and experience of these topics.
