Lungile Zondi

Lungile is a graduate of the University of Fort Hare (BA Social Science) and the University Of Zululand (BA Social Science Hons). She is also qualified in Advanced Labour Law (RAU) and Management Advancement (Wits Business School). She has extensive experience as a Labour Relations Consultant, specialising in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for more than 10 years and own her own company. She is a mediator, arbitrator, facilitator and trainer; providing her skills in various sectors and or industries. She is an ex part-time commissioner for the CCMA, and ex part-time conciliator for the Pension Fund Adjudicator’s Office. She is an ex part-time commissioner for the Metal Industry and Transnet Bargaining Councils. She has been a Tokiso panellist. She chairs the National Exemption Committee for the Chemical Bargaining Council. In addition, she is also a trustee in the Anglo Platinum Employee Kotula Trust, SAB Zensele Employee Trust, Ponahalo De Beers Trust and a chairperson of the Samancor Ndizani Worker’s Esop Trust. She is also a Non-Executive Director for Klipstone Transport.
