Lindiwe Stacey brings years of experience in her field of work as a Talent and Transformation professional from the corporate sector. A former Director driving Transformation and Employment Equity for the University of the Witwatersrand for the past 4 years. She relinquished this role in May 2019 to pursue personal interests in the Consulting space. She is the Founder and CEO of Uwezekona Consulting, Advisory and Mediation Services.
Her tertiary qualifications include, a Post graduate Diploma in Organizational Development from UNISA, a BA in Industrial Psychology and Communications from the University of South Africa (UNISA). She has successfully completed studies in Advanced Management Programme (MAP) and Leadership Development Programme (LDP) from Wits Business School as well as an Executive Leadership Development Programme (ELDP) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School. She has also successfully completed the training programme to qualify as an Accredited Mediator with Conflict Dynamics.
She is a former Practitioner member of the Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA), a professional member of ABASA (the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountant in Southern Africa), the Black Management Forum (BMF) and Businesswomen’s Association of South Arica (BWASA). Her interest varies from Mentoring, Coaching, Public Speaking, and Dispute Resolutions.
