Felicity Steadman and Sharon Wakeford conducted workshop sessions at the recent SAAM conference on how mediators could expand their skills and vary their mediation style to effectively mediate workplace disputes. The delegates at the conference were experienced mediators from a range of backgrounds. The sessions were well attended and the response was overwhelming that workplace disputes could be an interesting new area of mediation work.
