Chairs And Investigators

PANEL OF CHAIRPERSONS AND INVESTIGATORS

Many mediators on the Conflict Dynamics panel are also able to provide services as facilitators, chairpersons of enquiries and investigations, and dispute resolution coaches and mentors. The panel was established in 2017.

Our chairpersons and investigators are available to chair complaints, grievances, disciplinary and appeal processes. See our General Information about the service. They are also able to conduct investigations into complaints that often necessitate external investigation, such as allegations of bullying, harassment (including sexual harassment), discrimination (including racism), and other forms of misconduct. We specialise in delivering the expertise required to conduct hearings and investigations with a strong focus on procedural and substantive fairness. Our experts handle every matter with the utmost professionalism, ensuring a thorough and unbiased approach throughout the process.

We provide processes on a face-to-face basis as well as using secure online platforms so that parties, their representatives and the chairperson or investigator can maintain social distance and interact remotely in the safety and comfort of their homes or offices.
