Accreditations

The South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) has granted Conflict Dynamics accreditation as a training provider. The SABPP is a Quality Assurance Professional Body with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).

This means that Conflict Dynamics has complied with the rigorous and on-going accreditation requirements of SAQA and the SABPP. Organisations who use Conflict Dynamics as a training provider and who are currently paying a skills development levy to a Seta and comply with the requirements of that Seta, are eligible to claim back on their levy. Organisations using Conflict Dynamics services can be assured of quality education and training. A selection of the most popular learning programmes offered by Conflict Dynamics are aligned to NQF unit standards and assessment is offered on these programmes. This means that when a learner is deemed competent having submitted a portfolio of evidence he/she will acquire credits towards the full qualification of which the unit standard forms part. The learner may also be issued with a certificate and the credits will be captured on the National Learner Record Database, hosted by SAQA.

The Conflict Dynamics Commercial Mediator Skills Training course has been accredited by the Public Service Sector - Education & Training Authority (PSETA) against unit standard 117848, Conduct mediation in situations that require advanced skills (NQF level 5, 12 credits).

The South African Dispute Settlement Accreditation Council (DiSAC) has granted Conflict Dynamics accreditation as a mediation service provider and the Conflict Dynamics Mediator Skills training course has also been accredited by DiSAC.

This means that Conflict Dynamics has complied with the rigorous and on-going accreditation requirements of DiSAC and that mediators who are accredited by Conflict Dynamics and comply with the requirements to join the Conflict Dynamics panel can also call themselves a ‘DiSAC Accredited Mediator’.

Conflict Dynamics is totally committed to and involved in the development of the professional standards for mediator training accreditation in South Africa.

The International Mediation Institute (IMI) has approved the Conflict Dynamics' Commercial Mediator Training course as a Certified Mediator Training Programme (CMTP).

This means that our training program meets the independent international standards for mediator training and individuals who successfully complete our training program will be recognised as IMI Qualified Mediators.

The Conflict Dynamics Mediator Skills Training course is recognised by the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE) for the training and accreditation of Amicable Settlement Facilitators.

This means that SAICE recognises our training in the case of SAICE members who wish to be considered as SAICE Amicable Settlement Facilitators panel members.
