During August, John Brand spent 3 days in The Gambia in West Africa conducting a negotiation skills workshop for the union and management reprsentatives of the Chevron Nigeria negotiation team. The workshop was in preparation for the team’s 2013 wage negotiations and was the second one that Conflict Dynamics has undertaken for Chevron. Once again it was highly rated by the participants. Conflict Dynamics has conducted similar very successful workshops for Exxon Mobil Nigeria and for companies and unions in South Africa.
