Professional background and experience: Jayshree is an experienced attorney, mediator, and arbitrator with a legal career spanning over 25 years. She has been practicing as a sole practitioner since 1998, and since 2002, has specialised in employment law. Jayshree is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and has represented both employers and employees across various legal forums, including the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), Bargaining Councils, Labour Court, and High Court.
