Rethabile Mokgatle is a Director at Harris Nupen Molebatsi Inc. (HNM), having joined the firm as a candidate attorney in January 2015. Rethabile began mediating when she assisted in the mediation of multi-stakeholder negotiations for the Department of Health in 2016. She has since chaired a number of facilitations and mediations in the implementation of a Bus Rapid Transport system around Gauteng, including in Rustenburg, Ekurhuleni and Polokwane.
