Professional background and experience:

Radhika is a professional with a strong background in law and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Her goal is to promote the use of interest-based negotiations and other ADR methods to enhance effective governance and maintain relationships while saving time and money. She utilizes ADR tools to facilitate and manage contractual relations, employee relations, investments, mergers and acquisitions, and crises in businesses with which she works. Known for her solution-based outlook, Radhika is recognized as a problem solver, influencer and a closer. Her professional demeanour, persuasiveness, and effectiveness contribute to her success in building trust and connections with people from various cultures and backgrounds.  Overall, her professional background showcases her expertise in ADR, her strong communication and problem-solving skills, and her commitment to facilitating effective resolutions and maintaining positive relationships in various legal and business contexts.

Radhika holds a BA in Law from Rhodes University, an LLB from the University of London: King's College, a Master's qualification in Risk Management, Projects, and People Management, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Heriot Watt University. Radhika has also previously obtained studies in effective communication, debate, and presentations at Harvard University.

Additionally, as an assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of a pension fund, she advises the board on mediation and communication with members regarding disputes, resulting in the amicable resolution of regulatory disputes.
