Radhika is a professional with a strong background in law and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Her goal is to promote the use of interest-based negotiations and other ADR methods to enhance effective governance and maintain relationships while saving time and money. She utilizes ADR tools to facilitate and manage contractual relations, employee relations, investments, mergers and acquisitions, and crises in businesses with which she works. Known for her solution-based outlook, Radhika is recognized as a problem solver, influencer and a closer. Radhika holds a BA in Law from Rhodes University, an LLB from the University of London: King's College, a Master's qualification in Risk Management, Projects, and People Management, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Heriot Watt University.
