His career has included extensive work in organisational development, employee assessment, and workplace conflict across a range of industries. He has held multiple consultancy and practitioner roles where his understanding of human behaviour and group dynamics has been applied in both corporate and clinical contexts. In 2016, Marc expanded his practice to include mediation, where he has worked extensively in matters relating to the Road Accident Fund, workplace conflict, divorce and family disputes, commercial disagreements, and cases involving police conduct. His work in the South African Medico-Legal Association (SAMLA)-Road Accident Fund (RAF) Mediation Pilot Project demonstrated
