Conflict Dynamics hosts two in-person mediator meetings annually in Cape Town to enhance the growth of the use of mediation in the Western Cape.  The focus of the next meeting is to consider the contribution that the legal profession can make to the more effective resolution of disputes through the use of mediation.

Chris Todd will facilitate a panel discussion with Judge Dennis Davis from the Judiciary, Adv Andre Oosthuizen from the Cape Bar and attorney PJ Veldhuizen. They will speak about how Rule 41A and other mediation initiatives are progressing in the Western Cape. 

The session will also serve as a networking opportunity for mediators.
