This training is suitable for employees (both managerial and non-managerial staff) who have a role and responsibilities in terms of a performance management process. The outcomes of the training include understanding the purpose and benefits of an effective performance management process and its contribution to a high-performance culture within the organisation. For organisations where the Balanced Scorecard is in use, the key intentions and elements of this measurement tool will be covered. Attending this training will enable employees to carry out and/or participate effectively in performance planning and contracting as well as performance review and evaluation, and performance moderation.
