Qaqamba is an experienced trainer specialising in labour and employment law and conflict management.  She is also an employment lawyer and consultant with experience in the public and private sectors. She is an accredited mediator and member of the Conflict Dynamics Panel of mediators. She mediates regularly and conducts disciplinary enquires.

Her experience includes providing legal compliance advice and drafting court pleadings and expert opinions. She has been involved in numerous high-profile cases and investigations, providing insights and giving evidence in court, CCMA, arbitration, and disciplinary hearings.

Qaqamba holds full memberships with the Law Society of South Africa, the SA Board of People Practices (SABPP), and the South African Society of Labour Law (SASLAW).
