Lungile is a labour relations trainer and consultant who has specialized in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for more than 20 years.
Lungile is an experienced, mediator, arbitrator, facilitator, and chair of disciplinary, grievance and appeal processes. She was a commissioner for the CCMA as well as several Bargaining Councils. She was also a part-time conciliator for the Pension Fund Adjudicators Office, a panellist for Tokiso, the vice chair of the Gauteng Rental Tribunal and a member of GEMS Dispute Resolution Panel.
In addition, she has been an independent trustee for Anglo Platinum Employee, SABytim share ownership scheme and Samancor ESOP and is a non-executive director for Ponahalo Capital, Holdings and Investment.
Lungile Zondi is a graduate of the University of Fort Hare (BA Social Science) and the University of Zululand (BA Social Science Honours). She is also qualified in Advanced Labour Law (RAU) and Management Advancement (Wits Business School).
Lungile is able to conduct training in English, Zulu and Xhosa.
