Zeenat has a BCom degree in Information Systems and Human Resources from the University of the Witwatersrand and a BSc Honours in Labour Relations and Information Systems from UNISA. She also has a certificate in the Development Programme in Labour Relations (DPLR) from UNISA School of Business Leadership.

Zeenat has been in dispute resolution since 2000 , trained by IMSSA, AFSA, Resolve Works, CEDR Solve, the CCMA and FAMSA. Zeenat was an Academic Assistant at UNISA Graduate School of Business Leadership, Case administrator for Settlement Week with IMSSA, Systems Trainer and Implementer and Project Manager at Praxis Computing. She has a passion for getting things done and making things work.

Some of Zeenat's favourite things are spending time with her family, horses, the beach and karate.
