Conflict Dynamics is an independent dispute resolution service provider, accredited by the Dispute Settlement Accreditation Council of South Africa. We work with all parties to a dispute providing support in an impartial manner, offering a mediation administration service and a panel of trained, accredited, and neutral mediators. We work on a strictly confidential basis and all information provided to us is treated in the strictest confidence.
Conflict Dynamics provides mediation processes on a face-to-face basis as well as using secure online platforms so that parties, their representatives, and the mediator can maintain social distance and interact remotely in the safety and comfort of their homes or offices.
