An outstanding course, very worthwhile. I have done a number of conflict resolution courses over the years, and have frequently been involved in attempting to resolve conflict. This was by far the best, with concepts and processes that can be easily implemented. I warmly recommend it.

The 5-day course is intensive and the emphasis on the practical nature of the course provides one with the necessary confidence to immediately begin mediating.
