I completed the Conflict Dynamics 5-day commercial mediation course a couple of weeks ago. It was life-changing in various ways. The skills training was comprehensive and well structured. The opportunities for practicing those skills were extensive. I've walked away from the course with a high level of clarity about how to undertake mediation and confidence about my skills in relation to this.
